What if not all tickets are sold?
We maintain our commitment to never postpone draw dates or reduce prizes to lower cash substitutes. This actually works in your favor – unsold tickets mean improved winning odds for all participants!
Our draw proceeds as scheduled, with winning numbers selected randomly using our standard process. Any unsold ticket numbers remain unallocated. Should an unallocated number be drawn, we simply continue the selection process until we draw a number that belongs to an actual participant.
How is the winning number chosen?
All of our draws are conducted live and streamed on Facebook. We utilize Google’s Random Number Generator to determine winning numbers. You can review all previous draw recordings on our Facebook page for complete transparency.
How many entries are available per competition?
The maximum number of tickets available for each competition is clearly displayed at the top of the main product description on every competition page.
Can winners opt for a cash equivalent?
In most instances, we’re pleased to accommodate this request. The cash alternative value is calculated as the product’s retail price minus VAT (20%).
When does the winner receive their prize?
We make contact with winners via phone or email within 24 hours following the draw to share the exciting news. Once we receive confirmation of delivery information from the winner in a timely manner, prizes typically arrive within 5-10 business days after the draw date.
