1.1. These terms and conditions apply to SUPER DUPER COMICS LTD (referred to as “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), whose registered office is located at 2401 Stratford Road, Solihull, B94 6NW.

2. Competition Terms

2.1. These conditions govern all prize draws and competitions featured on the Company’s website (referred to as “the Website”).

3. Entry Procedures

3.1. Each competition operates between specific start and end dates as displayed on the Website (referred to as “Start Date” and “End Date”). All times and dates refer to UK time (London, England).

3.2. The Company maintains the right to modify the Start Date and/or End Date when absolutely required. Any changes will be prominently displayed on the Website.

3.3. Competition entries must reach the Company no later than the specified closing time on the End Date. Late entries may be disqualified without refund.

3.4. The Website will display the maximum number of entries permitted for each competition. Entry limits may apply if this maximum is reached.

3.5. To participate in a competition:

(a) Visit the Website and browse the available competition
(b) Choose your desired number of entries
(c) Proceed through the checkout process and fill out the entry form
(d) Finalize payment to receive confirmation of your order

3.6. All submissions must be in English. Entries in other languages will be automatically disqualified without refund.

3.7. You will receive confirmation from the Company once your entry is received, including your assigned ticket number(s).

3.8. The Company accepts no responsibility for entries that fail to complete successfully, become lost, or are delayed for any reason, including equipment failure, technical issues, network problems, or software malfunctions.

3.9. By purchasing entries and submitting an entry form, you enter into a binding contract with the Company and agree to abide by these terms.

Free Entry

3.10. Free entry is available by postal submission under these conditions:

(a) Submit your entry on a plain postcard via first or second class post to: SUPER DUPER COMICS LTD 2401 Stratford Road Solihull B94 6NW
(b) Include the following details:
- (i) Your complete name
- (ii) Your full postal address
- (iii) A valid telephone number and email address
- (iv) The competition you wish to enter
(c) Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified
(d) Limit of one entry per postcard per competition
(e) By entering, you confirm eligibility and acceptance of these terms
(f) Postal entries are processed on the day of receipt
(g) Receipt of postal entries will not be acknowledged
(h) If paid entries reach capacity before your postal entry arrives, you cannot be entered
(i) A registered account on the Website is required for postal entry processing. All postcard details must match your account details to receive confirmation and ticket numbers. Postal entries without a registered account cannot be processed. An address must be added to your account.
(j) Maximum of one entry per postcard

4. Winner Selection

4.1. All participants will be entered into a random draw. The winner will be selected by random selection as soon as reasonably practicable, within 7 days of the End Date (“Selection Date”).

4.2. Participant names and ticket numbers will be compiled into a spreadsheet visible during the live selection. To have your name censored from the live draw spreadsheet, contact info@windirect.co.uk with adequate notice before the prize draw.

5. Participant Eligibility

5.1. Competition entry is restricted to UK residents aged 18 years or older, excluding:

(a) Company employees
(b) Employees of the Company’s agents or suppliers with professional connections to the competition
(c) Immediate family members or household members of categories (a) and (b)

5.2. By entering, you confirm your eligibility and ability to claim any prize. The Company may request proof of eligibility. Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable timeframe may result in disqualification.

5.3. The Company rejects entries that are:

(a) Computer-generated automatically
(b) Incomplete

5.4. The Company reserves all rights to disqualify participants whose conduct violates the spirit or intention of the competition.

5.5. Entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including:

(a) Discovering ineligibility after entry
(b) Changes to eligibility criteria that affect your status
(c) Disqualification by the Company

5.6. Participants may enter each competition multiple times until reaching the maximum per-user limit or overall competition capacity. Free postal entries must be submitted individually. Bulk submissions will be counted as a single entry only. Entries may be limited if maximum capacity is reached.

5.7. An entry becomes void (without refund) if the participant engages in:

(a) Any fraudulent activity (actual or apparent)
(b) Fraudulent misrepresentation
(c) Fraudulent concealment
(d) Website hacking or interference with proper functionality
(e) Unauthorized modification or use of website code

5.8. Only one participant per household per competition is permitted. Exceeding this limit results in disqualification of all entries from that address without refund.

6. Prize Details

6.1. Each competition’s prize is described on the Website (referred to as “the Prize”). Prize details are accurate to the best of the Company’s knowledge as of the Start Date.

6.2. Prizes are subject to availability. The Company may substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value. Prize detail updates will be posted on the Website as soon as reasonably possible.

6.3. The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the Prize, its value, condition, or any Website information. Information accuracy, completeness, or currency is not guaranteed. For vehicle prizes:

(a) A valid MOT will be provided
(b) Insurance is not included
(c) Company responsibility ends upon prize handover
(d) Vehicle/road tax is not included

6.4. Prizes may be supplied by third-party suppliers (referred to as “Supplier”). Supplier details will be available on the Website when applicable.

6.5. The Company reserves the right to substitute a cash alternative (referred to as “Cash Prize”) when:

(a) The Prize becomes unavailable
(b) Circumstances beyond reasonable control necessitate substitution
(c) The winner requests a Cash Prize instead. For vehicle prizes, the cash alternative will be the trade value calculated using Auto Trader’s online valuation service. Advertised cash values are approximate; the actual cash alternative will be confirmed at the current trade value at time of sale.

6.6. Prizes are non-negotiable and non-transferable.

7. Winner Notification

7.1. The Company’s decision is final. No correspondence or discussion will be entertained.

7.2. The winner’s full name will be announced during the live draw. To request name censorship during the live draw, contact info@windirect.co.uk with adequate notice.

7.3. The Company will contact the winner personally as soon as practical after the Selection Date using the telephone number or email provided with the entry. If the winner cannot be contacted, is unavailable, or fails to claim the Prize within 5 working days of the Selection Date, the Company may offer the Prize to an alternate winner (referred to as “Alternate Winner”) selected randomly from remaining valid entries. The Alternate Winner has 5 days from notification to communicate acceptance. This process continues until a winner accepts the Prize.

7.4. The Company must publish or make available information confirming a valid award occurred. The Company will publish major prize winners’ full names and winning numbers on social media platforms.

7.5. If you object to publication of your full name, county/town of residence, and winning entry, contact the Company at info@windirect.co.uk before the End Date. The Company must still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

8. Prize Claiming

8.1. You must claim the Prize personally. Third-party claims are not permitted. Prize delivery or collection details are published on the Website or available upon request. Winners may be required to provide a copy of their passport or driving license to verify identity and confirm the entry was made using a valid debit/credit card belonging to the participant or used with express cardholder authorization.

8.2. If your personal details change, notify the Company immediately via email to info@windirect.co.uk. Include your competition entry details, old details, and new details. Changes within 10 days of the End Date will result in the Company using your old details for contact attempts.

8.3. Cash Prizes will be transferred directly to the winner’s nominated bank account. Winners must provide evidence of sole or joint beneficiary status. Failure to provide this within 14 days results in disqualification and prize forfeiture. In such cases, the Company may offer the prize to the next eligible participant from valid entries received before the End Date.

8.4. The Company accepts no responsibility and is not liable for compensation if you cannot or do not claim the prize.

8.5. For vehicle prizes, after the winner completes all eligibility checks, ownership will be transferred using the V5 document before handover.

9. Liability Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, the Company, its agents, and distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate winners or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death resulting from prize acceptance, except where caused by negligence of the Company, its agents, distributors, or their employees. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Data Protection and Publicity

10.1. By entering competitions, you agree that personal information provided may be held and used by the Company or its agents and suppliers to administer competitions or as outlined in the Company’s Privacy Policy available on the Website.

10.2. As a winner, you agree the Company may use your name, image, and town or county of residence to announce competition winners. You further agree to participate in reasonable publicity required by the Company.

10.3. If you prefer not to participate in publicity, notify the Company before the End Date. This will not affect your chances of winning. Declining publicity does not prevent the Company from providing your details to the Advertising Standards Authority, which is a legal requirement to prove proper competition administration and prize awarding.

10.4. Winners may be required to provide additional personal information and proof of identity to confirm eligibility and transfer prize ownership. You consent to this use of your information. You may request details about how your information is used or withdraw consent, but doing so may prevent prize transfer. In such cases, you will be deemed to have withdrawn from the competition and forfeited the Prize without entry fee refund. The Company may offer the Prize to the next eligible participant.

10.5. Under data protection laws, you may request the Company not contact you and remove your details from its database. Making such a request constitutes withdrawal from the competition as contact will be impossible if you win. No entry fee refund will be provided for withdrawals. To request that your personal details not be used for promotional purposes, email the Company at info@windirect.co.uk before the End Date.

11. General Provisions

11.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions periodically. The most current version will always be available on the Website.

11.2. If the Company believes these terms have been breached, it may, at its sole discretion, exclude you from participating in current and future competitions.

11.3. The Company reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend competitions when necessary. If a competition is cancelled, entry fees will be returned to each participant (via bank card refund or cheque in one combined payment for multiple entries). Upon entry fee return, the Company has no further liability to participants or any other parties.

11.4. Competitions on the Website are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering, participants agree Facebook has no liability and is not responsible for competition administration or promotion.

11.5. These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales courts.

11.6. You should print and retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.

The SUPER DUPER COMICS LTD mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by SUPER DUPER COMICS LTD (“SUPER DUPER COMICS,” “we”, or “us”). Your Service use constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may modify these Mobile Terms anytime; continued Service use following effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to SUPER DUPER COMICS’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of SUPER DUPER COMICS through your wireless provider to the mobile number provided, even if registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand signing up for this program is not required to make purchases, and your consent is not a purchase condition with SUPER DUPER COMICS. Program participation is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. We may change any short code or telephone number used to operate the Service anytime and will notify you of changes.
